Islamic World Domination

Image : http://www.flickr.com

The question is not whether terrorism is now a world-wide reality, but why is terrorism happening at all? And, is it possible to thwart the activities of the Islamic extremists?

To understand how to deal with an enemy, one must first seek to understand the issues. What is their motivation? Do they have a goal?

Who are these people? Why are they willing to go to such desperate lengths? Why are their own lives apparently expendable? Why do they target innocent civilians who have no direct conflict with them, and have no understanding of their agenda? Why attack office towers? Why attack buses carrying innocent, unarmed civilians? Why disguise themselves as normal passengers, or shoppers, or college students? Why hide in the everyday crowd, then attempt to perpetrate as much carnage and damage as possible? How do you fight an enemy you cannot identify until it is too late?

Why are all these attacks committed by Islamic adherents? Is this only coincidence, as some would make us believe? Would it not be expedient to pay some attention to the Islamic religious orientation, and ask some searching questions?

In our multi-cultural democratic society we embrace diversity. On the surface this is an applaudable virtue. However, the Islamic terrorists are taking advantage of our propensity to be accepting, and are wielding our ideological "freedom for all" against us! They hide within their own religious people, most of whom, on the surface at least, appear to be peaceful. They also know it is unacceptable for the rest of the western democratic population to single out one religion for vilification. While we are busy bending over backward to make certain religious freedom is available to all, those of a religious orientation that desires to destroy all other religions, operate from within that freedom and safety to wage war against us!

And, it matters not whether others of their own Islamic faith are marginalized, or attacked, or even murdered, so long as the goal is ultimately reached. Muslim against Muslim is perfectly acceptable, and apparently even necessary! We observe this being played out in Iraq where militants are attacking other Muslims, simply because they align themselves with those who promote peace and democracy. This is not merely a conflict between one group of Muslims and another, or even simply between Muslim and those of other faiths, although that is used as an excuse. Rather it is a
martyrdom ideology, where life is expendable, and loss of ones life is desirable in pursuit of the cause.

We view this as extreme, but in their belief system, it is the ultimate jihad to be shahid, or to cause other Muslims to be shahid in the name of Allah.

The terrorists are not simply fighting against the West and democracy. They are not simply fighting against Jews and Christians. Rather, these are necessary conflicts in their view, to further their Islamic world-wide cause. They are for peace, but only on their terms, which means when Islam rules the world there will be peace. Until that day, jihad must be performed in the name of Allah.

The so-called terrorists are not insane. Neither are they fringe. Rather, they are the military "troops" for Islam! The rank and file are on a different level in the jihad, but none-the-less are equally as dangerous, because they soften up the unsuspecting masses by being peaceful law-abiding citizens who simply wish to live and let live. These fortunately honestly are peaceful citizens, and yet they also are misunderstood in relation to the greater Islamic picture They have no desire to blow themselves, or others, to smitherines! But they, and we, are being deceived by this peacefulness! Their peace is a jihad, because it allows Islam to infiltrate society. Once Islam becomes an accepted part of society, the more extreme jihad forces are able to begin operating. That is the strategy now taking place in Britain, in Europe, and in America! This is war through first wielding "peace"as the weapon of choice, and it is obviously very effective!

There is a Scripture passage in the book of Daniel that sheds much light on this use of "peace" as an effective weapon.

Dan 8:23 And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.
Dan 8:24 And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practice, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people.
Dan 8:25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.
Dan 8:26 And the vision of the evening and the morning which was told is true: wherefore shut thou up the vision; for it shall be for many days.

How can "peace "be used to destroy many? We are seeing this phenomonon even now, as so-called peaceful Islam is waging an insideous jihad against all that is democratic, or of other religious persuasions, or even of alternate Islamic groups.

There will soon arise a world ruler who will use peace to destroy and subjugate many nations. Bit this ruler will not suddenly arise out of thin air! He will rise to power because of an ideology, a religious/ political system which is aligned against the Jews, Christians, and all who are considered infidels and dhimmies. He specifically comes against the "Prince of princes." Who is the "Prince of princes," and why is he antagonistic toward him in particular? The "Prince of princes" is the Prince of Peace, Moshiach, who is to rule the nations from Jerusalem. This Prince of Peace is ethnically a Jew, and the Muslims know he is to come. Therefore they have a burning motivation to annihilate the Jews to prevent his arrival on the world stage! They are on a jihad to prevent Messiah from ruling the world. They desire instead to make sure Islam rules the world.

This thinking influenced the "Final Solution!" that Hitler tried to implement during WWII. Not commonly reported is the fact that Hitler had close connections to the Islamic world through the Imam of Jerusalem. A major portion of Hitler's military was headed by Muslims. The Holocaust takes on a rather different twist when we consider this connection! Why would there be need for a "Final Solution?" Why would annihilating the Jews be a "Final Solution?" What was the "Jewish question?" Hitler feared the Jews had plans to take over the world! The "solution?" Rid the world of all Jews. Prevent them from producing the Messiah! Where did he get this idea from? Not from his own head, but from Islam! Hitler was not insane! Hitler was indoctrinated! Did Hitler embrace Islam? Not entirely, but Islam influenced his
world-view.

The Ottoman Empire of Islam had been slowly but surely taking over Eastern Europe and the Middle East, and had designs on taking over Russia and Western Europe. World War I halted the Islamic quest for world domination in its tracks, but it was not completely knocked out. Although most of the territory administered by the Ottoman Empire was taken over by the British during the course of World War I, the Islamic ideology was not dealt a death-blow, but went underground. By the time Hitler arose on the scene, the Islamic goals were well on the way to regrouping. Hitler's Mein Kampf, and the forgery The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, gained popularity throughout eastern, then western Europe, and prepared the groundwork for Hitler's Holocaust "Final Solution" to "the Jewish question." World War II dealt a decisive blow to Hitler's regime, and won a great victory for freedom. However, the sinister ideologies behind Nazism, Fascism, and Islam were not annihilated. Hitler tried to deal with the nations head-on, army to army. His strategy did not work! What we are now witnessing, and experiencing, is a third wave of a bid for Islamic dominance, but this time, it is not taking the form of huge armies fighting other huge armies, instead, the war is being waged in a manner that is sinister, diabolical, and underhanded. There are no clearly identifiable enemy troops. Rather, the tact this time is to subvert, infiltrate, and from a clandestine position, gain ground through terror tactics. In essence, the world is now fighting World War III, but we haven't recognized it yet!

The Islamic connection has again reared it's head, and interestingly is being fed again by Hitler's Mein Kampf, and The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, which are best sellers in Pakistan, Turkey, Iran, and other Islamic nations. So, is Nazism dead? Absolutely not!! Unfortunately, it was not killed along with the soldiers of World War II, but rather is reviving again in the form of the terrorists, and the Neo-Nazis, most of whom also are Muslims! The Nazi/ Muslim connection is still alive
and very strong! Unfortunately, most western world leaders fail to recognize the threat for what it is, but are resting in the shadow of the World War II victory, not realizing the monster was only knocked unconscious, not eliminated! In fact, most do not want to positively identify the Islamic connection!

We are in danger of being subjugated to the ideology of Islamic world domination. The Jews are again in grave danger, and so are all Christians, along with the nations and societies that are democratic. The Ottoman Empire failed. Hitler's "Final solution"and his Third Reich failed. The Islamic quest has no intention of failing a third time! "First the Saturday people, then the Sunday people," is not simply their slogan, but their strategy!

Do all Muslims believe in the insidious multi-level jihad? Absolutely! They are well aware that the ultimate goal of Islam, in obedience to Allah, is world domination. Most however, are not willing to be part of the militant terrorist and shahid forces. In fact, the majority of Muslims are embarrassed by suicide bombers, and the destructive terrorist activities. They would rather bring in world wide Islamic rule through peaceful means, such as through infiltration and winning converts. However, we must understand that the line between being a peaceful Muslim citizen, and becoming a terrorist or a shahid in the cause, is merely ideological. Some are willing to pick up the gauntlet because of their personalities, and their religious fervor. The problem is that it is impossible to accurately pick out from among them who desires to become a terrorist, or who a shahid. That is why an apparently upright peaceful productive chemist can suddenly appear to flip-out, and become the brains behind the bombs. That is why an apparent loving teacher and father can
become a suicide bomber. The cause is greater than the life of the individual, and certainly greater than the lives of other Muslims, or of innocent non-Muslims.

So, how do we fight an ideology of death, destruction, disruption, and hate? The truth is, when such an enemy hides among the population, and attacks the innocent and unsuspecting, it is next thing to impossible. We can set up security cameras, send out security forces, check bags, ask questions, use electronics, but this enemy wears the best and most effective camouflage -- they look normal.

Our only real defense is to pay attention to their rhetoric. Do not dismiss their Imam's sermons as being the rantings of misguided religious crackpots. They are influencing and motivating the suicide bombers, and recruiting mostly idealistic youth to perpetrate their atrocities, offering promises of the excesses of the Islamic Paradise. They will deny they are being inflammatory, but rather they try to point out they are only giving sermons on their religious views, which is absolutely
true, and that is why their words are so dangerous!

An Imam in Vancouver was recently taken in for questioning regarding anti-Semitic remarks against Jews. Imams in Britain have been indicted for inflammatory remarks. The same sentiments can be heard in Jerusalem, Iraq, Iran, and from many other Islamic locations around the world. The timing of these diatribes against Jews, and against the United States and Britain, are not coincidence, but rather the Islamic community honestly believes they are soon to take over the entire world.

The scary thing is, they are right! They will soon take over under the regime of the coming Man of Sin, who Paul the Apostle mentions will be revealed soon.

2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

2Th 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.

2Th 2:5 Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?

2Th 2:6 And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.

2Th 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

2Th 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,

2Th 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

2Th 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

2Th 2:13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

2Th 2:14 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Who is the Man of Sin. SIN was the name of an ancient Chaldean pagan moon god. Muhammed picked him out from a line-up of the ancient gods, dusted him off, and presto gave the world the apparently monotheistic religion called Islam. The Arabic name for this moon god was, and still is, Allah! The soon to be revealed ruler Paul calls the Man of Sin, will be a Muslim! This despotic Islamic dictator will rule from Jerusalem. He will arise under the apparent quest for peace, but in the process, according to Daniel the Prophet, will destroy many.

Islam is on the move toward world domination, and it is time the world woke up to the reality before it is too late! The Islamic terrorists are well on the way to taking over in the Middle East, especially in Gaza, which, if all goes to their plan, is to become a haven for several powerful terrorist organizations. Following their victory provided by the Israeli Withdrawal, they will go after Jerusalem and Judea, resulting in two more world wars, Gog and Magog, and Armageddon. They will have a short, but devastating time in power, then the true Prince of Peace will appear!

But, we have at our disposal a slim moment of defense, to slow down their progress one more time, just as we did with World Wars I and II. The question is, will our world leaders recognize this final opportunity to stem the Islamic tide for a while longer? Or are they all so busy attempting to appease the terrorists through pressuring Israel into giving away parts of the Land of Covenant, to her, and our, avowed enemies?

According to Scripture, Islamic world domination will come about for a short time. That should make us shudder!! But, Islamic world domination will be short-lived!! That should make us rejoice!

Messiah will come!

Meanwhile, is anyone paying attention?

Couples Baby Shower Honors Both Mom and Dad

Image : http://www.flickr.com

If having a Couples Baby Shower seems odd to you, consider this: Mom-to-be did not get pregnant on her own. Nor will she likely be raising the baby on her own. So why should she get to celebrate on her own?

Dad-to-be plays a very big role in the new baby's life so he should be a part of the baby festivities as well. A couples shower (also referred to as coed showers) doesn't just include dad-to-be in the honors. It also includes all of the other important men in the new baby's life.

Grandfathers, uncles, cousins, and even godfathers will be able to join in a couples shower as well. Baby showers normally consist of cutesy decorations and silly games. But when you are having a couples shower, you will probably want to make a few adjustments. You still want to have baby decorations since it is a celebration of a baby at your couples shower. But you might want to refrain from using frilly decorations and lean more towards fun ones.

Cutting out the games may be a good idea for coed showers. Instead, give the male guests some screwdrivers and hammers. Then have them put together gifts such as toys and swings while mom and dad-to-be open the presents together.

If this sounds a little too stereotypical for you (me man, you woman, grunt, grunt). Then try playing games that both the men and women will enjoy at your couples shower. Have a contest to see who can drink a beer (or other carbonated beverage) out of a baby bottle the fastest.

Set up a large grid ahead of time with the dates of the month when baby is due. You can have guests write their name on the date when they think the baby will be born. The host or hostess can be responsible for sending a prize to the winner after the baby comes.

Another good idea for games for a couples baby shower is Pictionary. Make cards ahead of time with all sorts of baby items on them. Then use them for your home version of the popular game. Surely most of your guests will be able to draw "rattle".

But what about "messy diaper" or "nursing"? Prizes for games can be anything you can think of, but if you are going to spend money on them, you should try to have something your guests will want to use. Favors should also be something your guests will use as well as being gender neutral. Some favor ideas include personalized lollipops or candy tins, baby themed cookies, or the ever popular bubble gum cigars.

If you do not know the sex of the baby yet you can purchase favors in both pink and blue. Then guests choose the color based on what they think the sex of the baby will be. It might be fun to do a tally at the end of the shower just to see how many of the guests think it will be a boy and how many think it will be a girl!

Food is also an important part of a couples shower. Though appetizers and finger sandwiches may be appropriate for a regular shower you may want some heartier fare for the couples baby shower. By adding more substantial items to your menu you will be catering (so to speak) to your male guests' larger appetites.

One suggestion for a nice keepsake for mom and dad-to-be. Videotape wishes and tips for them. Ask willing guests to record a short greeting for the new parents (keeping it proper so Junior can watch it in years to come).

Also, don't forget to send the couples baby shower invitations.

A Style to Suit Any Personality and Decor - A Wooden Baby Crib

Image : http://www.flickr.com

A lot of new parents are presented with various decisions in terms of preparing for their new bundle of joy, and selecting a crib is not out of the issue. There are a gazillion styles to choose from and a wide range of materials to look at to. Finding a baby crib is not as easy as you thought it is.

The Old Standard: A Wooden Baby Crib

Based on the many designs through time, the most common style is still that of a wooden baby crib. Ever since then, wooden baby cribs and other wooden baby items have dressed up the nursery area. And this complements well the different kinds of themes and styles any baby's room has. Wooden baby items such as cribs, cradles and bassinets still stand out today. With wooden baby cribs, parents may choose either from solid wooden baby cribs or wooden veneered baby cribs. It's really up to the parents what they will choose and whichever will fit their budget.

Out of the many traditional styles of the wooden baby cribs, the most popular one is that of the Jenny Lind style. These types of wooden baby cribs are very much simple in nature, with all four sides made with turned spindles. The turned spindles are distinct in terms of their knobby appearance. This then adds a style to the whole wooden baby crib.

The next option after the previously stated is the sleigh wooden baby crib which is actually a miniature version of the sleigh bed. This has become quite popular in the last decade and most of them are even convertible enabling children to use it even through their growing up years. As this is a smaller version of the sleigh bed, it has distinctively curved headboards and footboards, creating a somewhat horse drawn sleigh.

There are novelty types of the wooden baby cribs. One of which is the round cribs which is basically made of spindles, a style similar to that of the Jenny Lind wooden baby crib. There are also corner cribs which are ideal for limited spaces at home. The only disadvantage for wooden baby cribs is that they require a customized mattress type and bedding.

But whatever the style of the wooden baby crib you choose within the wide range of selections available, this will still fit any style and décor of your baby's nursery area. There are finishes such as cherry or mahogany which are darker in shade as well as maple or blonde which are lighter and quite a standard. Moreover, there are some veneered wooden baby cribs which you might choose as an option for you to choose.

Editor's Opinion

"I received this entertainer for my daughter as a gift and at the time I thought it was a bit big and was not sure if at the time I would use it.... little did I know that I would use this as much as I use her carseat or crib! She loves the entertainer even now at 9 months. I keep it now in the kitchen where she will play with other toys in it while I prep dinner and it is a lifesaver since she is crawling and almost walking.
When she was an infant she loved the colors and as soon as she could play she played with each toy almost changing everyday to a new toy, it was a amazing to see her grow with the toy.
The colors are bright and the activites are all focused on learning it is great. This unit also raises for height adjustments which makes this a very versatile center.

I would recommend this to anyone; best entertainer."

Customer Reviews & Comments

Great Discovery! - kaye_munchi - Houston, TX
I purchased this for my 5 month old daughter and she just loves it. It was easy to assemble although there were a lot of pieces, that was expected. We've been using it everyday for about a month and it is still going strong.

Poorly Made - M. O'ROURKE - Clarksville, TN
This is a great "exersaucer" type toy, however, the parts are very poorly made. After MONTHS of fighting with toys either warped in shipping (bought from Amazon), or just not made properly for where they were supposed to snap in...we resorted to having to superglue some of them on. Our 8 month old is finally starting to be interested in this. I would suggest spending on an exersaucer with more colors & activities. This one just doesn't compare to some of the others I've seen.

Micromanaging - A Necessary Evil?

Image : http://www.flickr.com

According to Webster's Dictionary, to micromanage is to manage with excessive control, or attention to detail. According to Dictionary.com, it is to manage with excessive attention to detail. Most employees simply view micromanagement as nerve racking. Employees also equate micromanagement with lack of trust. Despite all of the negativity that surrounds this term, there may be situations where micromanagement is necessary.

For example, if a small business owner decides to hire their first employee, they may need to spend a great deal of time getting them acclimated to everything. After all, they are going to be helping the owner grow their business. This is especially true if the newbie is entering into a new field. They are going to need to be trained on whatever industry they're entering into; as well as how the company operates. Consequently, the owner will have to engage in "micromanagement".

Micromanaging may also be helpful for companies with a staff. It's important for owners and managers to get to know their staff for a number of reasons. What better way to get to know the people that will be doing the bulk of the work than to micromanage them? Micromanaging helps the owner/manager learn each employee's strengths as well as weaknesses. This is important information for maximizing the potential of any company.

Even though some managers may view micromanaging as a necessary evil, there is an art to micromanaging. In many cases, small business owners have a hard time turning over a great deal of responsibility to new employees. From the beginning of the company, the business owner may have taken care of everything; therefore, they view their company much like someone else may view their child. So they are extremely careful with their baby, which in this case is their business. Managers must figure out when to back away and trust their employees, otherwise they will move from micromanaging into mismanaging.

Science Versus Religion

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Some see a conflict between science and religion. Religion has often been opposed to science, when science contradicted some of it's beliefs. On the other hand, some have said that since science cannot prove the existence of God, there should be no religion. The truth is there should be no conflict because they operate in different areas and answer different questions.

Science has to take creation as it finds it. It can never answer the question why. It can only answer the question how. Science involves experiment, observation and theory. Where you can experiment, you do. Chemistry and physics are two scientific fields where you can perform experiments. Astronomy is a science where observation is the only method. Once scientist have conducted their experiments or done their observations, they try to form hypothesis and eventually theories. There are religious groups that find the theory of evolution a threat. it's only a theory, they say. What they don't understand is that all scientific truth is theory. Newton discovered the theories of motion. They proved to be true and are used by engineers and scientist everyday. You may have heard them called Newton's laws of motion. But they should have been called Newton's theories because Einstein's theory of relativity showed that though they worked well here on earth in normal circumstances, they were not the whole truth. The theory of evolution is the same. It's a scientific theory that, though true as far as it goes, is subject to revision as new facts emerge.

Religion can never answer the question, how. Once, the Catholic church had the earth at the center of the universe, with hell below and heaven above. When Galileo discovered that it was just one of a number of planets orbiting around the sun, the church threatened him with excommunication or worse if he didn't recant. The church of course was wrong. Religion gets into trouble, when it tries to say how things work in the natural world. Religion can only answer the question why? Growing up Catholic I remember an early question in religious education. Why did God make me? The answer was God made me to know him, to love him and to be with him forever in heaven. Could that be proven? Could it even be proven that God made me. No! That like all religious dogma has to be accepted on faith. Some scientist might say that since none of it can be scientifically proven, why believe anything. But there is a creation here. The principle by which it works has always been. Scientist seek to discover how it works. They use what they learn to create many wonders. But they can only create, if they follow natures rules. But who or what made it like it is? Who or what made the rules? Why are we here? Why is anything here? Science cannot answer that. That has to be left to religion or philosophy. As humans we seek for knowledge to know our world and how it works but we also seem to need faith. As long as we are always open the truth and not dogmatic all will be well.

Why Online Senior Dating is Becoming More Popular

Image : http://www.flickr.com

If you have ever thought that online dating is something for the younger generation then you are very much mistaken. It is no myth that there is someone out there for everyone and online senior dating is a way that you can have your second, even third chance at finding love or companionship.

If you have problems getting out and about or are life and soul of the party you will be able to meet others that share the same interests as you. It can be hard when all of your friends seem to have their life partner and it comes to the point that although you are craving a social life you do not want to be a third wheel.

Don't wait for your friends to set you up with their relations or friends of friends. You will be much happier if you are able to state what you want beforehand so that only people who want the same as you will get in contact.

If you have lost the person you felt you would spend the rest of your life with there are no set rules that say you should spend the years you have left alone. You will find that you are not alone in wanting companionship but not knowing where to start is a common problem.

Even if you only know the basics you will not be alone and the sites are set up with the novice user in mind. This means that you will be able to navigate the site with ease and soon meet new people whose messages you will be looking forward to receive each day.

Even if you are on a pension you will find that this method of meeting new people is much cheaper than the holidays set up for seniors and also means that you can get to know a persons likes and dislikes before and of course if you decide to meet them in person.

If you have not been on a date in a while this is a great way to have access to people from all walks of life and ease yourself back into the dating scene gently rather than feeling that you have been thrown into it by others who want to set you up with every single person within a mile radius.

Many of the sites will allow you to set up a profile without cost as well as letting you browse members before deciding whether or not to join. This means that you can see who is available and whether this method of dating is for you.

The site owners are sure that you will find someone you would like to speak to further as there are more single people in the one place allowing you more options.

If you think that all the good men and all the nice single women are taken then you should take a look at who is out there and what they have to offer. Everyone has a right to be happy no matter the circumstances to why they are single. This way they can get to know that someone special at any time during the day or night without having to leave their chair.

Albert Einstein and Isaac Newton

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Many people would remember Albert Einstein as one of the major contributors in making first the destructive atomic bomb. His equations E=mc² has caused the death of many innocent lives. But let's know him even better not as a scientist who has contributed a lot to science rather as a simple and ordinary man

The great scientist Albert Einstein was born in Ulm, Wurttemberg, Germany on March 14, 1879. His mother was Pauline Einstein and his father was Hermann Einstein. His family was a Jewish however they were not observant of its religious practices. Instead he attended in a Catholic elementary school; he was a top student then. When he reached the age of ten he was to science, mathematics and philosophy books. He loves classical music and playing violin. Even at a young age, Einstein showed much curiosity about different things. He was self-sufficient, intellectual and thoughtful.

Albert Einstein got his first job as a patent clerk at the Federal Office for Intellectual Property. In 1909 he became Professor Extraordinary at Zurich, in 1911 Professor of Theoretical Physics at Prague. He also became a staff in the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey in 1933. He accepted the position for life, working there until his last days on earth. After the World War II, Einstein was even more famous. He was considered to be one of the most leading figures and he was offered to be the President of the State of Israel. Knowing what he had caused the world, he declined the offer.

Einstein marriage to Mileva Maric was considered a personal and intellectual partnership. They had two wonderful sons, Hans Albert Einstein and Eduard Einstein.

In his life, Albert Einstein has given and achieved so much. We can say that truly he has lived a full life. He died at the age of 76 in Princeton, New Jersey.

Another remarkable scientist is Sir Isaac Newton. Get to learn about his life and education.

Sir Isaac Newton was born as a premature baby at Woolsthorpe, Lincolnshire on December 25, 1642. His father had died three months after he was born. At the age of three, his mother got married again with a ministry and he was left in the care of his old grandmother. Newton is believed by some researchers to have suffered from Asperger's Syndrome, a form of autism.

At the age of 18, he entered Cambridge University in 1661 since he was not interested in their family farm. At the university, he was elected Fellow of Trinity College in 1667 and Lucasian Professor of Mathematics in 1669. He was also was elected Member of Parliament for the University of Cambridge to the Convention Parliament of 1689, and sat again in 1701-1702. After he graduated, he went back to their family farm. It was believed that most of his important discoveries were made during 1669-1701. He was elected as President at the Royal Society from 1703 until his died at the age of 85.

He also became a member of the Parliament in England until 1701. Newton then wrote some religious tracts about the interpretation of the Bible. He also became the warden of Royal Mint in1696. Newton has countless contributions in optics, math and science as well as in physics. .

He spent his last decades his major works, polishing his studies of ancient history, defending himself against critics and carrying out his official duties. He died on March 20, 1727 at Kensington, England and his remains was laid in Westminster Abbey,

Baby Shower Gift Planning - Ideas & Baby Shower Invitations Cards

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Baby shower gifts are a tradition dating back to the early 1900's where friends and family would throw a "shower" similar to how they would for a bridal shower - to "shower" the woman with gifts before her big day (marriage or having a baby). In the early days, the guests made most of the baby shower gifts. Umbrellas were a popular symbol of the event because the baby shower was traditionally an afternoon event and the guests would use the umbrella to stay out of the sun.

Today, if the Mommy-to-Be intends on registering, she should do so about a month before the baby shower. This allows the host to send the registration information along with the baby shower invitations. Modern day baby showers are much different and not just for tea. Baby shower gifts range from practical to outlandish. You should check to see where the Mommy-to-Be is registered for gifts before deciding the type baby shower gift to give. Here's some of the more popular baby shower gifts as well as some creative gifts to give the parents-to-be.

Clothing: Sleepers, receiving blanket, undershirts, diapers. socks and hats. make sure they are easy to change since too many buttons or snaps may be difficult for new parents to take on and off the baby. the Mommy-to-Be will need cute clothes to take the baby home from the hospital

Health & Grooming Products: Baby powder, lotion, baby wipes, desitin, q-tips, hydrogen peroxide (for the umbilical cord), baby safety pins, nail file, scissors, first aid kit, baby soaps and wash cloths, baby thermometer, diaper bag

Feeding: Bibs, bottles, bottle holders, baby formula, breast pump, nipples, bottle brush set, tipper cup, feeding spoon, baby burp towels, baby dishes and bathrobe

In the Bath Products: Towel with cute hood, wash cloths, baby lotion, shampoo, soap, baby brush and bath toys

In the Crib/Bassinet Items: Crib fitted sheets, comforter, bumper pads, mobile, crib trim, waterproof crib pads and blanket to swaddle the infant

For the Baby Room: Stuffed animals, cute pictures for the wall, gift certificate for a muralist to come out, dresser, changing table, cute initials of the baby on some type of ceramic item, picture frame, nursery lamp, furniture, boppy, bouncy seats and piggy bank

Toy Time: Teething toys, colorful play matt, black and white play matt, musical toys and plush / stuffed animals

Learning Time: Baby Bach Video, Baby Einstein CD's, classical music CD's, Disney movies, books for the parents, baby books, lamaze soft books and story books

For the Parents: Pamper the parents-to-be with a gift certificate to a spa, book store, record store, or a nice gift such as baby hand and foot imprinting plaster, Baby Bjorn or other baby carrier Coupons for babysitting

Here's some helpful hints for planning your baby shower gifts for the Mommy-to-Be and the Daddy-to-Be:

More Expensive but Practical Gifts: Stroller, bassinet, baby dresser, baby changing table, baby car seat, baby car seat attachment, high chair, baby swing, bouncy seat, sound monitor, video monitor, potty chair, diaper genie (container), safety gate, baby scale, breast pump, rocking chair.

Unique Gifts: Grow chart, gift for siblings, gift certificate for baby pictures, U.S. Saving Bonds for the baby, silver spoon or rattle and baby proofing the house

Baby Shower Coupons: For those that want to give their time for their gift and don't have much money, it is fun to be creative and make baby shower coupons for the parents such as " 2- Hour Babysitting", "Cook for the Mommy and Daddy two meals", etc. The parents to be will really appreciate this baby shower coupon gift book, especially for first time parents who appreciate the help

Gift of Saving a Life: A thoughtful baby shower gift is a gift certificate for a private CPR class for the mommy and daddy to be and a few of their selected family and friends who may become future babysitters

Diapers, Diapers and More Diapers: A great gift that seems to always running out for the Mommy-to-Be is to have everyone bring a few packages of diapers. New mommies never have enough in the house so getting diapers is a perfect baby shower gift

Useful Laundry Basket Idea: Instead of spending the money on a gift bag that is likely to get thrown away, use laundry basket, line it with a baby blanket and put the gift inside and cover with tissue paper or another blanket. Then the basket can be used for the extra laundry that will be added or for toy storage

Floating Ducky: Take a silver mini washtub and fill it with water and float a rubber duck in each one. Tie balloons to one of the handles. It's simple, but sweet. You can also place various baby shower related items next to the washtub, like shampoo, lotion and such

Laundry Basket Goods: Purchase a laundry basket, baby laundry detergent, you're favorite pre-wash, stain remover, wipes to go, and some fabric softener and place in the basket. You can arrange all these small items with tissue paper in the laundry basket, which will serve as you're gift basket

Baby Shower Baby Books: Have each baby shower guest bring a baby book for the new parents. Have each guest pre-write a sentiment or advice to the new parent's on the first page of each book which is a great memento to cherish for the baby growing up and the parents

Baby Plant / Tree: Buy a small tree that can be planted outside of the parents-to-be home. Tie baby items to the branches. The parent's to be can watch the tree and the baby grow at the same time. You can do the same thing with a small indoor plant

Fleece Baby Blanket: A fleece baby blanket is made by taking two pieces of fleece and putting them together, then cutting 3 in slits every 1 inch all the way around the blanket and tie knots to keep the pieces together. Then just roll the blanket up and tie it with a ribbon

Keepsake Box: Use a hatbox and add personal touches to the box by filling it in with onsies, clothes, pacifiers, bottles, wipes, diapers, etc. You can also include a pack of alphabet stickers so I could put the baby's name and birth date, weight and height on the box with the stickers once he/she is born

Coming of Age - How to Start Welcoming Your Girl Into Womanhood

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Most of us were not welcomed into womanhood, and so our INNER MAIDEN is left inside hanging, waiting, unsure... As mothers, we vow to create a different experience for our daughters, only to find them running away! What is wrong with this picture?

The first stepping-stone to welcoming your daughter into womanhood is addressing YOUR Inner Maiden, who may have never been welcomed, or empowered, when you came of age!

The story of Menarche, our first period, is rarely told.
It is interesting to note that women, who tend to share everything with one another (from first sexual encounters to stories of survival and recovery), are silent about this one...

We have come a long way as women...
We became assertive. We broke through 'glass ceilings.' We combined careers with motherhood. We decided whether to become mothers or not. We can do it all... but do we enjoy the blueprint of our womanhood: our cycle???

The adolescent girl you once were, who may have never been welcomed into womanhood, is left inside you, dormant and waiting... You are mostly unaware of her presence, except you may have menstrual cramps, hate your periods, or see them as "nuisance," "bother," or "the curse."

Like Sleeping Beauty, the coming-of-age girl inside you is waiting to be awakened.
But no Prince Charming is coming to wake you out of THIS sleep...
This is an internal job. YOURS!

So where do you begin?
As Einstein said: you can't solve a problem from the same mindset that created it! Since the problem was created by rendering you invisible and ignoring your needs as a coming-of-age girl, the healing balm lies in being heard and witnessed...

Make time with one (or more) of your close women friends to tell the story of your first period. You will be astounded by the feelings of relief, comfort, and bonding that this simple act brings. Breaking this silence holds the key to your health and strength as a fully integrated woman. It also serves as the first stepping-stone to welcoming your daughter into womanhood...

I traveled a long way from seeing my period as a nuisance, to reclaiming it as my spiritual wellspring.
Sharing the story of my first period, and holding space for women around the world to share theirs, is the essential ingredient in waking the Sleeping Beauty inside each of us.

Share your first period story with a close woman friend in your living room, in cafes, on park benches, or anywhere women get together to support one other through conversation. This is one step you can take today to start reclaiming the fullness of your "Woman Being." And it is a NECESSARY first step to prepare you for your daughter's Coming-Of-Age!

Is your daughter approaching puberty? Is she already there?

The Benefits of Organic Baby Bedding - How Organic Crib Bedding Sheets Eliminate Chemicals

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Did you know that babies sleep for about seventy percent of their first year? If you're a parent, you're probably aware of this fact, and you're also probably aware - even obsessively aware - of everything in your baby's room. Or, are you? Have you ever considered how cotton, which makes up the material for your baby's sheets, clothing, and mattress, is grown and made into cloth?

Cotton sheets are common for both children and adults, and cotton makes up most baby bedding products, but how safe is ordinary cotton? Studies have been done to detect how long chemicals used to grow and treat cotton last in the fabric, and ordinary cotton, as opposed to chemical-free organic cotton fabric, involves several chemicals from the time it's grown in a field to when it's made into a fabric.

As going green in all aspects of living, from organic food to hybrid vehicles, has become more popular, what about going green at home with your baby? One option is organic baby bedding and, out of all the options for going green with your baby's room, using organic crib bedding, made from 100-percent organic cotton, is an organic option for making your baby's room safer. Cotton sheets that aren't organic are coated with formaldehyde to be wrinkle free and are processed with chemicals that are, essentially, part of the sheets. When your baby is sleeping for most of its first year, it's coming directly in contact with these chemicals. As the chemicals and concentrations of these chemicals aren't regulated, non-organic cotton in sheets, as well as clothing, can have high amounts of substances that may aggravate allergies and respiratory functions and lead to headaches and rashes in adults and children.

As organic cotton isn't grown with chemical fertilizers, sprayed with additional chemicals, or coated with formaldehyde, the organic crib bedding made with cotton eliminates all of these chemicals from a baby's environment. However, organic cotton isn't the only organic crib bedding available and the expanding market for organic products includes such options as bamboo or wool baby bedding, both of which eliminate chemicals from a baby's environment, as well.

Bamboo fibers, a material now found in many organic cloths, is another organic material for crib bedding. While pure bamboo is rarer for fabrics, organic bamboo is often a mixture of bamboo fibers and organic cotton - neither of which are treated with chemicals in the growth or fabric making processes. Bamboo, regardless of whether it's being used as crib bedding or clothing, can be mixed with rayon and, in this case, the fabric is no longer organic as rayon is not a natural fiber. Wool organic baby crib bedding, in addition, isn't coated with chemicals and, in fact, has natural fire retardant, antimicrobial, and antifungal properties.

When you're looking for organic products for your baby's room to go green, where do you look? Some baby retailers specialize in organic sheets and clothing but, aside from going directly to an organic products retailer, you can see if the baby bedding has Organic Trade Association (OTA) approval. OTA approval is listed on the product to indicate that, regardless of whether the organic baby bedding is made of cotton, bamboo, or wool, that no chemicals are involved anywhere in the process.

Stimulating Your Baby's Brain Growth

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Your baby needs mental stimulation. You've heard about this even before your kid was born. And you're probably one of those who made their baby listen to classical music even before she was born because according to studies this is helpful in stimulating a baby's mind mind.

But stimulating your baby's mind is not only about making her listen to classical music. There are a variety of effective ways you can do to ensure that she is properly stimulated and nourished.

o Communicate with your baby. Sure she is not yet equipped with the vocabulary to enable her to respond to you in full sentence but it does not mean that talking to her is futile. Talk to her while you dress her, bathe her or feed her. This will encourage interaction and she will soon respond with a coo, smile or a few syllables.

o Engage her in activities that will stimulate her mind. Allow your baby to explore her surroundings by showing her around the house, taking her for a stroll at the park or letting her play with safe household items like cups and pails. Just be sure that she doesn't play with unsafe objects or put anything in her mouth.

o Give her mind stimulating toys like building blocks, shape sorters and push and pull toys that will incite her to use her creativity, imagination, logical thinking and teach her a variety of lessons like spatial awareness and cause and effect.

o Encourage socialization and interaction. Introduce your baby to other kids and neighbors. Teach her the art of conversation by putting up a puppet show with her Baby Einstein puppets or making her play with toy telephones and have her imitate you when you talk to someone on the phone.

o Give constant signs of affection such as hugs and kisses to make your kid feel loved and cared for and to give her an assurance that she is safe and secure which is also contributory to the development of a positive self-esteem.

o Read stories to your baby. This is important in widening your baby's language capacity and introducing her to different concepts.

o Avoid subjecting your kid to stress. Don't over stimulate her by bringing her to crowded and noisy places. Also, avoid having arguments in front of your kid because this may cause psychological trauma on your baby and may be detrimental to her overall development.

o Of course, it is of utmost importance that you give her the proper nutritional diet suitable for a baby. If she's already started on solids, make sure you give her adequate nutrients, vitamins and minerals that are needed for her brain to thrive and develop properly.

Your baby's brain development is one of the most important aspects of her overall development as an individual. As a parent, it is your responsibility to provide a safe environment where she can explore with her mind and senses, and learn about the world around her.

Planning a Baby Shower

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Traditionally, baby showers were held a few months before the expectant mom's due date and were thrown by one of her closest friends. Guests were limited to the new mom and grandmothers and a group of female friends and relatives, and the baby shower was typically held at the home of the hostess. Today, the possibilities for planning a baby shower are endless.

Coed baby showers that involve both the mom and dad to be are becoming increasingly popular. If you plan to throw a coed baby shower, be sure to invite plenty of men besides the soon to be father and make the invitations, decorations, and overall theme of the shower suitable for both men and women. A casual, friendly get together with the new parents and plenty of food would probably be more appropriate than a traditional baby shower. You may even consider a coed baby shower barbecue.

Office baby showers are also quite common today. Coworkers of the expectant mom will often throw a small office shower before she takes her leave from work. Office baby showers for the dad are also becoming more popular in coed work environments. Office showers are usually very simple with a cake or light snacks and a brief time of giving gifts, but some office parties are planned away from work as a lunch party at a nearby restaurant or even after office hours in another location.

While office baby showers are excellent opportunities to surprise the mom to be, it is usually best to involve the new parents in choosing the time for the shower, as well as the guests to be invited, rather than plan a surprise shower. Many new parents register their gift preferences with a popular store to help their friends and family select gifts the baby needs, as well as items that match the nursery décor. This information can be included on the shower invitations.

The invitations should reflect the mood and atmosphere of the baby shower, as well as state the date, time, and location of the shower. Send out your invitations 2 to 3 weeks before the date of the shower to allow plenty of time for responses and for your guests to prepare for the event. You may wish to include registry information in the invitation, or you can relate the info when the guests respond if you have requested a reply.

The easiest way to plan a successful baby shower is to base the shower on a theme. The theme of the baby shower could be anything from a traditional pink stork party to a tropical luau get together. Themes can be simple or creative and unique, and can make the choice of refreshments, decorations, and even shower games and activities a much easier decision. Themed invitations for the baby shower make great keepsakes for the parents to be, as well as the guests.

The possibilities for baby shower themes are endless. A great theme for a short baby shower, like those often given at work, is a library building shower. Encourage guests to bring gifts for the new baby's book and music library, like books and Cds from the Baby Einstein collection, and serve coffee and pastries in a bookstore café fashion. You can find more fun baby shower themes, as well as decoration and game ideas here.

Spark Your Toddler's Creativity and Imagination

Image : http://www.flickr.com

By age six months onwards, your toddler has become even more curious about his surroundings, experimenting on various things, putting on his mouth whatever he gets his hands on. It is by this time that you see that your baby is excited to explore the world around him. It is also by this time that you have to level-up to more advanced ways to hone two of the most important aspects of his overall development-his creativity and imagination.

One effective way to stimulate your kid's creativity is to fill his world with colors and shapes. Redecorate his baby color themed nursery by painting the walls with vibrant colors and maybe even turning it to a mural wall painted with kid friendly characters and drawings. Adorn his room with decorations of various shapes, colors and sizes.

Give him toys that will incite his creative imagination. Building blocks are ideal toys for this age, not only because it works to improve fine motor skills but also encourage your kid to use his imagination to build. Stacking toys such as stackable cups and pails are also exciting for your kid and will also be good for the stimulation of his creativity.

Do toddler art projects with him. Who says a toddler like your kid is too young for an art project? There is no age limit for anyone who desires to be a Picasso or a Van Gogh. However there are appropriate art projects for every age especially for kids. For your toddler kid, you can engage him in a little painting session. Paint his feet and hands with non-toxic, water-based and hypoallergenic poster colors and have him put his hand and foot marks on a piece of paper or canvass. This will not only spark his creativity but also elicit giggles from him. Just be sure that you clean him thoroughly afterwards and that he does not put his hands in his mouth during the activity.

Encourage imaginative pretend plays. You may not find your toddler zooming around pretending to be Superman like his older kid brother but it doesn't mean that he can't engage in his own kind of imaginative pretend plays. As early as now, you can encourage pretend plays by playing with your kid. For example, you can pretend to be characters in a story, use his Baby Einstein puppet to act like a wizard while you are the princess and your toddler is the hero of the story.

Read books to him. Toddlers are fascinated with books especially those that have vivid and colourful visual prints and images. Engage him to browse at these books while you go on to read to him the adventures of little duckling or the classic Pinocchio. Remember, even though you're toddler is too young to completely comprehend an entire story, this is a stepping stone in stimulating his imagination.

Your toddler has untapped creativity that needs to be honed. It is up to you as parent to awaken his creative imagination, and help him make it bloom and flourish.
